In today's challenging education environment, the teacher licensure process is an essential tool
that requires more than a basic understanding to ensure that only highly qualified teachers are hired for our K-12 classrooms.
The licensure regulations for school personnel can be cumbersome and difficult to understand. The licensure regulations also have undergone
several changes in recent years and are pending more....
--Training for school division certification specialists on licensure application procedures
(Individualized and groups)
--Training for specialists and administrators involved in hiring decisions
--Yearly fees negotiated with school divisions interested in using a variety of services
--Daily fee (7 hours) for training starting January 1, 2006 - $500 plus mileage and lodging. more....

Paul Joseph, the founder and President of JECS, is a retired Army colonel who, after completing a twenty-six year
military career, immediately embarked upon a teaching career. Upon his retirement from the Army in September 1994,
Mr. Joseph was hired by the Chesterfield County Public Schools as a high school Spanish teacher. He obtained his
